George B. Flegal, Jr.

George B. Flegal, Jr., formerly of Chester County passed away at his home in Okatie, South Carolina on Saturday, March 17, 2018.  He was 90 years old. 

Born in Morgantown, West Virginia, he was the son of the late George B. Flegal and the late Margaret Barker Flegal.

He was the beloved husband of the late Eleanor Shaffer Flegal; father of George J. Flegal, Gregory J. Flegal, Catherine A. Clendenin, the late Douglas A. Flegal and the late Barry B. Flegal; grandfather of Michael Clendenin, Kelli Clendenin, the late Chad Clendenin, Caleb Clendenin, Matthew Flegal, Benjamin Flegal, Jeannie Schoobeck, Hannah Flegal and Lydia Flegal; great-grandfather of 8; brother of Florence "Scout" John of Tucson, AZ.

Interment will be private in BIRMINGHAM-LAFAYETTE CEMETERY.
