Peggy Richardson of the Crosslands Community and formerly of Greenwich, Connecticut passed away on Friday morning, January 4, 2013.  She was 87 years old.  Born in Warren, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Carl Farnsworth Thomas and the late Elinor Hull.

She was the beloved wife of the late William Everard Richardson (d.1991); mother of Alice Richardson Antonelli and her husband A. Joseph Antonelli, Elizabeth Richardson McGrail and her husband Thomas Francis McGrail, III and C. Thomas Richardson and his wife Jennifer Squier Richardson; grandmother of Grant Richardson Fisher, Madeleine Blue Fisher, Megan Patricia McGrail, Kelly Kathryn McGrail, Mary Margaret McGrail, Thomas Francis McGrail, IV, Sarah Anne McGrail, Kristen Grace McGrail, Thomas Squier Richardson, Jonathan Strong Richardson, Charles Christopher Richardson and Abigail Lindslay Richardson; sister of Richard A. Thomas and Virginia A. Thomas McNabb; sister-in-law of Lillian Thomas and Hershel McNabb.

A celebration of Peggy's life will be offered at 11:30AM on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the LONGWOOD FUNERAL HOME of MATTHEW GENEREUX, 913 East Baltimore Pike in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania 19348 {610.388.6070 tel.}.

Burial by the family will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made in Peggy's memory to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation, One Intrepid Square, West 46th St. & 12th Ave. New York, NY 10036.
