Charles Kubasek, Jr.

Charles Kubasek, Jr. passed away suddenly at home in Avondale, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, January 7, 2020.  He was 82 years old.

Born in Staten Island, New York, he was the son of Charles Kubasek and Emma King Kubasek.

Charles served our country in the United States Navy in active duty and as a civilian.  He was a member of the Wanamassa Rescue Squad and VFW Post 2226.

He was the beloved husband of Barbara Cogan Kubasek; father of Karen Wolter and Charles Kubasek, III; grandfather of C.J. Collins, Kyle Wolter, Jordan Wolter and Tyler Wolter.  Charles was predeceased by his siblings, Edna Bukovac, Harry Kubasek, Michael Kubasek and Edwin Kubasek.

A funeral service will be at 3:00PM on Friday, Janaury 10, 2020 at the LONGWOOD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION of MATTHEW GENEREUX, 913 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.  Burial will be private.
