Clarence "Brownie" Leroy Brown

Clarence "Brownie" Leroy Brown of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania passed away on August 26, 2018 at his home as he wished.  He was 89 years old.  Born in Dilworthtown, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Margery Brown.

Brownie was the beloved husband of the late Patricia Campbell Brown who passed away on February 14, 2018; father of Claudia Leslie Davis, Marta Carol Brown, Corey Patrick Brown and Sondra Patricia Brown.  He was also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be at the funeral home from 1:00PM until 2:00PM with a memorial service at 2:00PM on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the LONGWOOD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION of MATTHEW GENEREUX, INC., 913 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.  A reception with the family will follow the memorial at the Kennett Square VFW, 704 W. Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square.

Memorial donations to the Kennett Square VFW would be appreciated.

Burial will be private.
