David J. Acquesta

David J. Acquesta, 54, of Avondale Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Christiana Hospital in Wilmington Delaware.

David was born in Geneva, New York. He was the son of late Edmund Acquesta and Josephine B. Acquesta.

David graduated from Geneva High School, David attended and completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Nazareth College, Rochester New York, he completed Paralegal at Syracuse University College of Law, he attended School of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University Ithaca, New York. David attended at Franklin Pierce Law Advanced Licensing Institute, New Hampshire. He attended at Syracuse University College of Law Summer Student Exchange Program at Hongkong University College of Law. David graduated from Temple University College of Law, Philadelphia.

David worked as a Corporate General Counsel in Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Washington DC.

David enjoyed long walks on the beach with his wife and son. He loved surfing, fishing, crabbing in ocean waters and most of all, enjoyed watching the rise and set in the western skies, both with multitude colors. David had a kind heart and showed generosity to anyone in need. He worked and mentored Law Students.

David Loved listening to music, played guitars and sing his favorite songs with his wife and son. His favorite bands included The Beach Boys, The Beatles, The Monkeys, The Kinks, The Wonders.                        

David is survived, by his wife of 22 years Imelda Acquesta, and his beloved son Colston J. Acquesta. His mother, Josephine (Bertino) Acquesta. He is survived by brothers Michael Acquesta (Carole), Eddie Acquesta (Juanita), Larry Acquesta (Shirin) and sister Christine (Brent) Toner. David was deceased by his Father Edmund Acquesta. Surviving Nephews include Robert Acquesta, Christopher Toner, Danny Toner, Brian Acquesta and Eric Wolfe. Surviving Nieces; Julie Quigley, Elizabeth Mata, Jessica Townley, Elizabeth Toner, Valerie Acquesta.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 in am on Thursday August 20, 2019 at Assumption BVM Catholic Church 300 State Road, West Grove, PA.
