Francis "Frank" Passante Obituary

Frank Passante died peacefully on Monday, September 9, 2019 in his Kennett Square home at the age of 75.

Frank was born on February 28, 1944 in West Chester, Pennsylvania to Francis and Annie Passante, who resided in Kennett Square.  Frank lived in Kennett Square his entire life and was very proud of that.  He graduated from Kennett High School in 1962.


Frank enlisted in the US Army in 1964 and served for 3 years in the Vietnam War.  He served his life helping others, he was a volunteer EMT at Kennett Fire Company for over 15 years.  He spent his recent years as a firearms instructor, teaching gun safety. Teaching about gun safety was one of his many passions, along with his vintage Mercedes.


Frank is survived by his loving wife, Sandi, for 32 years and also his children, Giuliana Mastrippolito (Danny) of Nottingham, Nina Carr of Kennett Square, Kera Passante of Malvern and Alyssa Haley (Michael) of Kennett Square; seven grandchildren, Joseph, Dustin, Brianna, Braeden, Savannah, Max, Jacob; Four great grandchildren, Damien, Zaelia, Grayson and Erik.


Frank was well known for the love he had for his family.  He would drop anything at any time for any one of his family.
 

Frank was a humble and simple family man who wished for private services.  He will be buried alongside his parents, Francis and Annie Passante and brother, Douglas Passante, in Saint Agnes Cemetery in West Chester on Friday, September 13, 2019.
