One of the luckiest days of my life was when I met Julie 71 years ago in high school. If you new her, you had to love her because she was such a beautiful person then as she has been all her life.
God bless and take loving care of you dear lady, and thank you, once again, for just being you.

And, bless you Chip, for taking such good care of this precious lady all these years.

I have many fond memories at the Smedley home with Judi. Sledding, playing board games, sitting by the fire & talking with this amazing lady. I always felt welcome. Please know all of you are in my prayers at this very difficult time. You have been blessed with many good memories. May God comfort you and bring peace.

So sorry to hear of Mrs. Smedley's passing. She was such a lovely person and I always enjoyed my conversations with her through the years, from the time I was six years old to when I was in my late-twenties. She had a gift for connecting with others and making all feel special and welcome. Aside from her kindness and generosity, I'll always remember how much she and Mr. Smedley loved and respected each other. Their relationship is one to celebrate and use as an example we should all strive for.

Wishing the family peace at this time and hoping the good memories carry you through.
