Mark C. Howe, Sr., of West Chester, Pennsylvania passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Chester County Hospital.  He was 58 years old.

Born in West Chester, he was the son of the late Paul Howe and the late Frances Jacot Howe.

He was the father of Lynn E. Brown, Leaha Lopez and Mark C. Howe, Jr.
