Nancy DeVoto McGovern

Nancy DeVoto McGovern of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, October 18, 2019.  She was 63 years old.

Born on March 26, 1956 in Cumberland, Maryland, Nancy was the daughter of John Edwin DeVoto and Mae Sutphin DeVoto.

Nancy was the beloved wife of Michael McGovern for which they were inseparable.  She is also survived by her sister, Cindy Griffin and brother, John DeVoto, Jr.  In addition to being a devoted wife, loving daughter, faithful sister and true girlfriend to many.  Nancy had a huge heart for helping others.  She served in Big Brothers & Big Sisters of America and was devoted to the care of her parents, who survive her in life.  After a career in banking at the former MBNA, Nancy utilized her talents and skills working along with Mike at their restaurant, BURRITO LOCO in West Chester.  She loved the beaches in Hawaii and the mountains of upstate New York.  A memory for Mike to cherish, forever.

Per her wishes, services will be private.
