I was deeply saddened learning of Norma's passing. She was a compassionate, generous and courageous lady who made Delaware a little bit better by her presence.. It was a privilege being a partner in her care and a friend.

I enjoyed representing Norma a few times over the years. She was a kind, gentle and dear person. I am very sorry for your loss.
I am also sorry that I will miss the service on Saturday. I am taking a short vacation with my daughters.
