Patricia A. Mendenhall of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2014.  She was 72 years old.

 

Born in Wilmington, Delaware, she was the daughter of the late William John Mc Clay and the late Helen Clift.

 

Pat attended Kennett High School and Harcum College.  She worked at Bove Jewelers, Dress Barn and FMC.  Most of all, she loved Springdale Farm.  She was a member of the United States Pony Club and Rose Tree Pony Club.

 

She was the beloved wife of Frank K. Mendenhall; mother of  Lisa M. Gamble, Megan M. Mendenhall and Lauren E. Mendenhall; grandmother of Jessie, Carty and Amanda.

 

A funeral service will be offered by Rev. Ann Dickey, Pastor of Bethany Presbyterian Church at 11AM on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the LONGWOOD FUNERAL HOME of MATTHEW GENEREUX, 913 East Baltimore Pike in Kennett Square.  A viewing will be at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6PM to 8PM.  Burial in Longwood Cemetery will be private.
