Anita A. Chandler of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024 at Barclay Friends in West Chester. She was 81 years old. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Albert Martini and Nicoletta Giallonardo Martini.
She was the beloved wife of the late Edmund L. Chandler; mother of Janet Lacy, Gina Rooks, Robert Swartz, David Swartz and Kevin Swartz; grandmother of Angelina Reiher, the late Ronald Reiher, Charles Daley, John David Rooks, Drew Rooks, Jacquelyn Swartz, David Swartz, Jr. and Ryan Swartz; great grandmother of Syrus Swartz, Lily Melton, Bella Melton and Kayla Melton; sister of the late Louis Martini, Angel DeAngelis, Marie DiMenno and Electra Hogan.
For those not able to attend the church services, there will be a reception back at the house at 12:00PM. Please call 610-324-3249 for additional information regarding the luncheon.
Visitation will be from 9:30AM to 10:30AM with a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at St. Patrick Church 212 Meredith Street, Kennett Square. Burial will be private.
