Beatrice Demetry

Beatrice Demetry, formerly of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020.  She was 91 years old.

Born in Geneva, New York, Beatrice was the daughter of Cosimo Sasso and Clara Gravina Sasso.

She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Demetry.

Beatrice is survived by her children, Carol O'Neil (Buddy), Mark Demetry (Christina), Susan Demetry-Jimenez (Javier) and Michael Demetry (Bethany); daughter in law, Amy Demetry and 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.  She was predeceased by her son, Paul Demetry and her sister, Antoinette Visco.

A viewing will be from 9:00AM until 10:00AM with a Catholic prayer service at 10:00AM on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at the LONGWOOD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION of MATTHEW GENEREUX, 913 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square. 

Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
