Bharatkumar Ochhavlal Shah

Bharatkumar Ochhavlal Shah of West Chester, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia after a long illness.  He was 70 years old.

Born on December 8, 1953 in Madodhar, India, Bharatkumar was the son of the late Ochhavlal Shah and the late Taraben Shah.

He was the beloved husband of Jayshree B. Shah (nee Desai); father of Amrish Shah (Elizabeth Shah) and  Asha Shah; grandfather of Arjay Shah and Owen Shah; brother of Gita Shah and Pratima Desai.  He was predeceased by siblings, Subhash Shah, Vipin Modi, and Shashi Shah. 

A viewing will be from 1:00PM to 3:00PM with a private funeral service at 3:00PM on Monday, June 17, 2024 at the LONGWOOD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION of MATTHEW GENEREUX, 913 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square.  Cremation will follow the funeral service.
