Obituary
Charles Bergwall of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania passed away at his home on Friday, September 1, 2023. He was 96 years old.
Born in Queens, New York, he was the son of Otto Werner Bergwall and Alice Wykstrom Bergwall.
He was the beloved husband of June Bergwall; father of Susan Bergwall, Bruce Bergwall and Eric Bergwall; grandfather of Stephanie Leap, Melanie Palladinetti, Owen Bergwall, Travis Bergwall, Trevor Bergwall, Troy Bergwall and Tori Bergwall. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by siblings, Raymond Bergwall, Ernie Bergwall and Curt Bergwall.
Visitation with the family will be from 10:30AM to 11:00AM with a memorial service at 11:00AM on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Brandywine Valley Baptist Church, 7 Mt. Lebanon Road, Wilmington, DE. Burial will be private.
