Dale Ann Facchina

Dale Ann Facchina of Flemington, Hunterdon County, New Jersey passed away on Thursday morning, December 19, 2024.  She was 73 years old.  

Born in Norwalk, Connecticut on October 7, 1951, she was the daughter of John Edward Cusack, II and Ella Antonia Jackson Cusack.  

She was the mother of Melissa Facchina (Hillary Hughes) and Christopher Facchina (Dianna Facchina); grandmother of Luca Facchina, Amalia Facchina, Ilona Hughes and Ivan Semian; sister of Jack Cusack, David Cusack, Timothy Cusack and Robert Cusack.  In addition to her parents, Dale Ann was predeceased by her brother, Tom Cusack. 

A Funeral Mass will be offered at 11:00AM on Friday, January 10, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 16501 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD.  A luncheon reception will follow the Funeral Mass.  Details to be provided at the funeral.  Interment will be private.
