Donald Chrobak Obituary

Donald Chrobak of Penn Township, West Grove, Pennsylvania passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 20, 2022.  He was 72 years old.  Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Don was the son of the late Stanley and Catherine Chrobak.

Don was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.  He was loved by many.  Don was a hardworking, strong, patient and loving soul.  He knew all the right things to say to make ones’ day better.  A quick witted, wordsmith and a master schmoozer, the party really didn’t start until Don walked in!  Whether he was at the Jersey Shore, the Chesapeake Bay or the beach at Marco Island, Florida, Don loved the water!   A favorite spot of Don’s was sitting on the porch, in any season, time of day or night, enjoying a book, listening to music, and talking to neighbors as they passed by.  To meet Don was to like him, to know Don was to love him.

He was the beloved husband of Daniela Chrobak; father of Michael Chrobak (Laura), Thomas Chrobak and Christiane Chrobak (Ken) all of West Grove, PA; grandfather of Isabella, Collin, Kellvin and Hazelle; brother of Tom Chrobak (Edie) of Marco Island, FL; uncle of Julie Chrobak of Parsippany, NJ, Ryan Chrobak (Lucy) of Harwich, MA, Morgan Linfoot (Nick) of San Antonio, TX, Austin Hoffmann of Austin, TX and Michael Berglund of Sweden; sister-cousin, Joanna Duff of West Grove, PA; brother in law of Lennart Hoffmann (Agnes), Christiane Berglund (Mats) of Sweden;  son in law of Margot Loeb of Sweden and Hagen Hoffmann (Gertrud) of Germany.
