Emilie L. Schlosser of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania passed away at home on Monday, April 14, 2025. She was 77 years old. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Joseph Ford and Janet Weiler Ford.
Emilie was a teacher at Ridley Middle School and Ridley Senior High School for many years.
She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick "Fred" Schlosser; mother of Nicole (Rob Haney) and Kristina; grandmother of Grace, James, Ryan and Caitlyn and sister of Linda Idacavage.

Visitation will be from 12:00PM to 1:00PM with a Celebration of Life service at 1:00PM on Monday, April 28, 2025 at the LONGWOOD FUNERAL HOME of MATTHEW GENEREUX, 913 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square. Burial in Longwood Cemetery will be private.
