Florence L. Frezzo

March 27, 1936

Obituary

Florence L. “Flossie” Frezzo, of West Chester, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026 at the age of 89. Born in Frazer, Chester County, she was the beloved daughter of Edward Lynam Jr. and Elizabeth Pitt of Exton.

A proud 1953 graduate of St. Agnes High School, Florence lived a life grounded in faith, grace, and kindness. A devoted Catholic, she was a longtime member of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother Church in Avondale, where her gentle spirit and steadfast devotion touched everyone who knew her. She found joy in life’s simplest blessings—time spent with family, the comfort of her faith, and the peaceful moments she cherished on the golf course.

Florence shared 49 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Gabriel Frezzo Sr., until his passing in 2005. Their life together was a true testament to love, devotion, and partnership.

She is survived by her sons, Gabriel Frezzo Jr. and Michael Frezzo, who carry forward her strength, compassion, and unwavering love. Florence was blessed with treasured grandchildren who filled her life with pride and joy: Nicoletta and Brian Kelley and Gabriel G. Frezzo, children of Gabriel Jr.; and Vincent and Elizabeth Frezzo, Angela and Kevin Ham, and Christine and Michael Merana, children of Michael. Her legacy continues through her great‑grandchildren—Justin, Ryan, and Sean Kelley; Dominic and Rocco Frezzo; Leo Ham; and Mason Merana—each of whom brought light and laughter into her later years.

Florence preceded her brothers in death, Edward Lynam III and Daniel Lynam, both formerly of Exton, Pennsylvania. Edward later resided in Millsboro, Delaware. Daniel and his wife, Patricia (Powell), of West Chester, have shared 67 years of marriage and together raised four children—Pamela, Lisa, Daniel, and Kristen Lynam. Daniel and Patricia now reside in Woodlands, Texas.

Florence will be remembered for her warmth, her unwavering faith, and the love she offered so freely. Though her presence will be deeply missed, her gentle spirit will continue to guide and comfort all who were fortunate enough to know her.
