Grace A. Cecil

Grace A. Cecil, age 88, of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, passed away July 19, 2023.

Born in Trinidad and Tobago on November 10, 1934 and was the daughter of the late Jose' and Josephina Bermudez.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Rossanna Schindler, Linda Hebert, Miguel Hebert, Mary Jane Spector and John Hebert; grandchildren Jean Luc Hebert, Tyler Hebert, Michael Hebert, Todd Hebert, Melanie Romano, Joshua Spector, Matt Spector and Maci Becker; great grandchildren, Savanna Romano, Isaac Spector, Korbin Spector, and  Saffiyah Hebert; brother Miguel Bermudez.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Cecil, and siblings, Carmen Richards and Jose Bermudez.

A viewing will be held at the Longwood Funeral Home & Cremation of Matthew Genereux, 913 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square, PA 19348 on Friday July 28 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Cornelius Catholic Church, 160 Ridge Road, Chadds Ford, PA 19317 on Saturday July 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM where a viewing will be in the CHURCH from 9:00AM until 9:45AM.  Burial will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Route 82, Kennett Square.
