James Louis Burnham

James (Jimmy) Burnham 

James Louis Burnham of West Grove, PA passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.  He was 61 years old.  Born in Wilmington Delaware, he was the son of Wentworth B. Burnham and Helen C. Burnham  

Jim is survived by his wife, Rebecca (Becky) Burnham and was predeceased by his beloved son, Jacob Burnham.

Jimmy was very passionate about is business, Dr. Concrete Surgery and Design, which he started in 1998.  His attention to detail was always reflected in his work.  He was very talented and widely loved and recommended by his customers. 

He was known by his friends and family as an avid Redskins fan, classic car enthusiast and enjoyed working on his own collection as a hobby and was an avid gardener.  Jimmy grew up on Barksdale Road in Newark, DE and is still close with many of his childhood friends.  He was very close with his brother in law, Danny Wilhite.

He will be truly missed by all who had the privilege to know him. 

Visitation will be from 2:00PM until 3:00PM with a brief service of remembrance at 3:00PM on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at the LONGWOOD FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION of MATTHEW GENEREUX, 913 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square.  Burial will be private.
