Karen Elizabeth Stillman

Karen Elizabeth Stillman, age 67, of West Chester, Pennsylvania went on to her eternal home June 10, 2023 with her husband of 48 years there by her side.  

She was the eldest child of Richard and Janet Kennell’s six children and was born on August 17, 1955 in Frankfurt, Germany, where her father was stationed with the military. 

Karen excelled in keeping a beautiful home as much as she took pride in raising a strong family, that stayed close by and multiplied in both love and numbers over the years.  Aside from the delight of grandchildren keeping her ever-young, Karen was an avid tennis enthusiast, with a mean serve, a year-round gardener with a penchant for orchid cultivation and staunch advocate for disabled children who she locked hearts with, while visiting children’s hospitals in the many underserved areas of Africa.

Karen is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Edward L. Stillman; her mother, Janet Kennell; siblings, Kathy Cameron, Kris Haley, Richard Kennell, Shirley Koster and John Kennell; her sons, David, Jonathan, Bradford (Theresa) and Adam along with 8 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on June 19, 2023 at Christ Community Church, 1190 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.  The service will be livestreamed at this link: https://boxcast.tv/view/karen-stillman-memorial-service-b2mcznlyairirkmehi7d
