Linda Lou Sheets

Linda Lou Sheets {nee Clevenger} of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family on May 9, 2024.  She was 73 years old.

Born on June 10, 1950 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Albert Clevenger and Dora Miller Clevenger.

She was the beloved wife of the late Danny Sheets for 45 years; mother of Linda Townsend of Kennett Square, Bobby Townsend of Las Vegas, NV and Michael Townsend of Lincoln University, PA; grandmother of Christopher Townsend, Morgan Ramos, Cearra Townsend, Coressa Townsend, Briana Townsend, Alayna Townsend, Michael Townsend and Robert McDonell; great-grandmother of Charlie Ramos, Luka Ramos, Riley Ramos; sister of Frances McLean and Cindy Clevenger.  In addition to her parents and husband, Linda was predeceased by her grandson, Brandon Wayne Townsend; half-brother, William Hass.

Linda worked at TJ Maxx for 25 years. She loved going to BINGO and Starbucks and following the Phillies.  A special thanks to Michael Townsend, Briana Townsend, Cindy Clevenger and Linda Townsend who helped care for Linda at this time.  

Visitation with the family will be from 1:00PM until 2:00PM followed by a prayer service at 2:00PM on Saturday, June 8, 2024 IN THE CHURCH HALL AT PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH of KENNETT SQUARE, 211 S. Broad Street, Kennett Square.  A reception with the family will follow the prayer service.
