Mary Frances Guy

Mary Guy, age 90, of West Grove, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Twin Pines Nursing Home in West Grove, PA.

Born in Chadds Ford, PA, Mary was preceded in death by her parents Curtis Guy and Helen Shippen Guy, and her sister Pauline Prigg. She is survived by her two nephews Ronald (Lubbock TX) and Richard Prigg (Downingtown PA), and one niece, Tonya Prigg (Lincoln University PA) .

She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on August 9, 1964 and served Jehovah faithfully until her death. She was always full of life and loved her friends.

Mary Guy is especially remembered for her diligence and her walking ability. Both of these qualities proved useful to her during her several decades of continuous Pioneer Ministry. She loved and looked forward to Pet-sitting for the Friends and her regular visits to Trader Joe’s.

The Kennett Square and Media Congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses will dearly miss hearing her. We certainly look forward to welcoming back our dear sister when Jehovah's grand promise of the resurrection is fulfilled.
