Richard A. Elwyn | 1943 — 2023

Richard A. Elwyn, longtime resident of High Falls NY, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2023 at HealthAlliance Hospital Mary's Avenue in Kingston, NY. He was 81 years old.

Born and raised in Poughkeepsie, NY, Richard graduated from the State University of New York New Paltz with a degree in history. He worked for the State of New York’s Division of Parole as a parole officer for 30 years until his retirement in 1995.

Richard is survived by his wife Linda Cobleigh, his son Zachary Elwyn (Megan), stepson Scott Pinkham and stepdaughter Hannah Mazzaccaro (Pete) of Glenside, Pennsylvania, and grandchildren Isabella and John Mazzaccaro.

Interment will be private.
