Elsie was a great person. I have done business with her for years advertising in The HUNT magazine. The last time I saw her was only about a month ago, and I did see Daisy...who I loved. Glad to have met her, and I will miss her..

I and my family-the Morgan's- have know Elsie and all her family for my entire life. I feel so blessed that when last visiting my Mother, Ginny Morgan, we stopped by the Galkery to see Elsie, having a wonderful and reminiscent visit, remembering all the old days. She and her beloved Daisy and we had such a wonderful visit. I am grateful for the joy she brought to so many friends and family. She was "one of a kind" and we will miss her very much. She was a wonderful friend to my Mother during these last many years. We all are so sorry for your loss. May you be sustained by your memories of her love and joy shared with her many friends and family.

Dear Jay and John,

I was lucky enough to have had lunch on April 25th with your Mom, Frankie Remer, Chrissy Ketcham, Ginnie Morgan, and Diana Lopez (all friends for over 50 years) at Buckley's Tavern—lots of fun and great reminiscences. Your Mom had her wonderful twinkle in her eyes. Way back when, she took care of Sa Dobson Farrish and me in our early teens, and she actually survived! Then years later Elsie, Frankie, and Aunt Mary did the Gallery. She would always brag about her sons, Joe, and later her grandkids.

I hope we will all treasure our Elsie stories and retell them happily to her grandchildren,

She loved life and we must continue her passion of helping others and enjoying life.

My deepest sympathy and God Bless~~
Caroline

P.S. We talked about her beloved "Daisy" and I talked about my juvenile delinquent bassett hound "Juliet"—we agreed she had the best!!
